How to Invite Staff

To invite staff to your venue (as an Owner/Manager), tap on the 3-bar drop-down  at the top left-hand corner of the mobile app.

From this menu, select Employee List.

You will be able to see your current Employees, your Requesting Employees (which you can approve or deny), and your third-party Promoters. 

Notice at the bottom of your phone screen a yellow button that says Add Coworkers. Tap on that button to get to the "Invite an Employee" page. 

You can then enter the phone number of the employee you wish to add (or select from your contact list), tap on Invite, then Select the Roles you wish to assign to this contact.

Tap on Send Invite and you're all set! 



Your employees can also request access to your venue on their own. Here's how they can do it:

Instruct them to download the app to their devices, then tap the + icon on the top right-hand side (next to "My Employers"), then select Find my Venue to search for the venue's name and request access.

The Managers of the venue will receive a Requesting notification, giving the option to approve (or deny) the request and assign the staff to their respective role.
