Creating Tickets

You can make your event "Ticket-able" by creating tickets that can be offered to your guests. You can create as many tickets (and ticket types) as you'd like for any upcoming events. 

💡 Once tickets are created for an Event, the event will display a Gold Ticket icon next to its title (for easy identification).

Start by tapping the three-bar drop-down  at the top left corner of the app, then selecting Tickets.

Select the event of interest then tap Create Ticket to start creating tickets. Fill out the ticket name, price, description, and start/end times of sales. 

"Max to Allocate" represents how many tickets you'd like to assign to your staff/Promoters to sell (Learn how to Allocate tickets here).

"Max to Sale" represents how many tickets total you'd like to sell through your Event's online webform/website.

Make sure to check off the boxes for "Publish" in order for your tickets to be made available on your webform/website. Only enable "Allow to uncheck" if you want the tickets to be scannable for re-entry (this is an optional step).

Tap Save to confirm the adjustments and you're good to go! Ticket sales go directly to you through Stripe.
