Ticket Reporting
Along with creating tickets and managing who sells them, the ticketing feature on Mr.Black offers detailed reporting in order to stay on top of your events ticket sales and success.
On the desktop version of the app, head to Tickets and select an already made ticketed event
By clicking on Event Tickets (right under promo codes), you'll be able to see the different types of tickets made as well as the number of tickets allocated and sold by each of your staff members.
By clicking on Orders, you will be able to see an orderly breakdown of the tickets sold and details including:
- Name of guest
- Number of tickets purchased
- Who sold them the ticket (or whether they got it from the generalized webform)
- Ticket reference ID
- Purchase amount
- Refund Option
Above this list, notice the white Export button (only on desktop).
By clicking that button, you can export all of your ticket sales data to a highly organized spreadsheet, which you can then use for further marketing or concise reporting.
