Rating Clients

Once a Server completes a table, they'll have the option of Rating the guest from 0 to 5 stars ⭐️ (just like you would rate your Uber driver after a ride).

Whenever you're accessing a guest's profile on Mr. Black or making a reservation under the name of a guest who has been to your venue in the past, the app will display an average number of stars based on their previous visits to your venue.

You can leverage this data when compiling a list of who your best guests are (anyone who has an average of 3 to 5 stars) in the Reports section.
