Filtering Client Data - Reports Section
To access the Reports of your venue, expand the Menu ≡ then tap on Reports.
💡 The desktop/web version of the app is best recommended for managing Reports, as you have an expanded view when using a computer and will have the option to export your data to an Excel/spreadsheet file (.xls)
Tapping on the Customer section in Reports will take you to a list of all the clients that have ever booked a reservation or guestlist at your venue.
On mobile: tap on the filter icon on the top right corner to open the filter options.
On desktop/web: the filter options will appear on the left-hand side.
Select a date range in order to filter through your clients and narrow down a specific list of your guests when needed. This filter allows you to work with fields such as:
- Prior Spending
- Client ratings (learn more here)
- Tags (learn more here)
- Reservation type
You can export the filtered results using the Desktop/Web view and clicking on the [XLS] icon (the Export Button).
This will export the data to an Excel Spreadsheet file (.xls). You can use that information for marketing and/or data management purposes. The fields captured include the phone numbers and emails of your clients, which can be used to market upcoming events or target specific types of clients.
When you click on any individual client, you will notice 4 tabs:
- The 1st tab corresponds to the filters applied.
- The 2nd tab pulls up all the past reservations made by this client (deposits, SMS, etc).
- The 3rd tab reveals all of the past receipts that were paid.
- The 4th tab reveals the clients' contact info.
