Integrating Mr. Black with Your Website
Adding Mr. Black to your website is a great way to streamline the reservation and sales process. There are two main ways to put Mr. Black on your website: embedding Mr. Black directly or linking to Mr. Black’s webforms through a URL.
One important thing to note is that there are many different ways to build a website and many different platforms that they can be built on, so the actual step-by-step process will vary from site to site.
If you have a dedicated website manager, it may be best to send the code to them to implement.
Accessing your webform and calendar
To find the URLs and embed code for Mr. Black, go to Settings > Webform & Calendar and you will see the URL and embed code for 1) a reservation form and 2) an events calendar.
Note: the examples below are not for a real venue, but yours will have the same format.
Adding Mr. Black as a link/URL
To add an external link to your calendar or reservation form, you can simply copy the link in your Webform & Calendar settings and paste it as the destination for whichever button, text, or image you choose.
This will take users from your website to the reservation or calendar webform hosted within Mr. Black.
Virtual Users & Custom Links
Virtual user links are very similar to the personal links that each Mr. Black user will have. These are better suited for marketing channels than for your website. For example, you can use an Instagram custom link as your link in bio and track which reservations or sales came from Instagram. The same would apply to email marketing or other platforms that you use to promote your venue.
