Webform Links for Event Promotion

Every Event created automatically generates a corresponding webform for clients to book their own guestlists and table reservations online.

On mobile app: Select the Event desired then scroll down until you find 2 blue buttons.
On desktop: Click on the ℹ️ icon next to the event on the Reservations tab. 

Both blue buttons link out to webforms corresponding to that particular event. These webforms look identical to your guests. The difference is:

The bottom button links out to a standard webform link for that event. 
The top button links out to a webform link that is Employee Specific (every employee gets their own link for every event).

💡 Whether they send this link through text, email or put their link on social media, every reservation/guestlist booked through that personalized link will be tracked in your  Reports section. 

Your management team can keep track of your employee success along with your reservation data. The second link/blue button looks identical to the guest, but it's not associated with any individual employee. It is simply a standard webform link for that event. 

Note: When you sign up for Mr. Black, our team sends you a link to a generalized webform as well as embed codes. The generalized link updates daily and it's a great tool to have on your venue's Instagram bio. The webform links can be embedded on your website. They allow your guests to reserve directly from your website and update automatically when you create/add/delete events.
