Hide Event

You have the option of hiding an existing event instead of deleting it altogether. 

💡 Example: You usually have a weekly recurring Saturday event, however this coming Saturday you want to host a New Years Eve Party instead, so you need to hide the regular Saturday event.

Expand the Menu ≡ and tap on the Events tab then on the three dots in the bottom right corner on the event of interest. 

Select edit and then check off the "Unavailable in Web Forms" box. 

This will hide this event from your guests when they visit your Webform link or embedded Webforms on your website. 

💡 Note: If this event is a weekly recurring event, you can select if hiding this event only pertains to the date of interest or for all upcoming repeats of this event in the weeks to come.
