Customize Reservation SMS/Email confirmation messages

When you create a reservation or add a party to your venue's guestlist, you may have noticed the toggle that gives you the option to send an automated text and/or email to your guests. 

In that email/text message, the client will receive a QR code along with their reservation details. When they arrive at your venue, your host/front door staff can simply scan their QR code and pull up their booking info. 

To edit the contents of that text/email, open your Mr Black account on a desktop.

🖥 Visit http://www.themrblack.com to use the Desktop/Web version of app.

The Menu will be displayed on the right-hand side of the Desktop version. Select the last option (⚙️  Settings) then click on Venue Information.

The customizable messages will be displayed on the right-hand side of the screen. You can edit them as you like.
