SMS Communication with Guests

Your staff will no longer be playing broken telephone in order to accommodate guest reservations. Guest will receive your texts from one phone number and all their replies will be stored under the same ✉️ window (ensuring that all of the important reservation info is communicated and received).

Simply tap on the envelope icon ✉️  under a table reservation to send text messages to your guests.

This feature allows multiple employees to access the same chat (if they were given access to this function previously).
