Clicker

💡 Only staff with "Head Doorman" permission can use the Clicker feature. Learn more about Permissions here.

⏱ The Clicker feature only becomes active 45 minutes before the start time of the event and will last 2 hours after the event has ended. This prevents confusion if you have more than one event scheduled for the same day.

Divided by Guys (Blue) vs Girls (Pink), the Clicker function is pretty straightforward:

  • Tap on IN to capture a guest walking into your venue.
  • Tap on OUT to capture a guest leaving your venue.

The Total Capacity will be updated automatically at the bottom of the screen, displaying the current percentage of Men vs Women ratio.

🔔 The Bell icon on the top right corner of the screen will take you to a list of pre-set messages that can be sent to all Staff at your venue at once, offering a quick way of alerting everyone to "be ready" for situations such as Police/Fire Department/Liquor Dept. arriving at the venue (or simply if the Venue has reached its capacity).
