How to Set/Change Staff Permissions
Start by selecting the Employee List tab from the Menu ≡
You will see a list of all your employees associated with your venue. Tap the name of an employee to change their permission. From there, you can simply tap to check (or uncheck) the desired permissions (categorized under Management Roles, Special Roles, and Basic Roles).
Scroll down to see a couple of Special Permissions (Arrive Reservations, Manage Deposits, Manage Ticketing, Manage POS Data, Manage Compliments & In-App Messaging).
To give access to your staff to use the SMS Feature:
Select an employee and check off the In-App Messaging toggle under Special Permissions. This will enable access to read and write in the ✉️ SMS chat under table reservations.
To give access to the Clicker tab, select "Head Doorman" under Special Roles.
