Tags

Tags give you the opportunity of categorizing your guests based on their experience at your venue.

You can get as creative as you want with your tags, here are some examples:

Tags can easily be added/removed/changed under the Settings tab ⚙️

Select "Customer Tags" to see the Tag List. From there, you can:

• Create a new Tag by tapping on "Create a Tag".
• Delete a tag by tapping on the tag you wish to delete and tapping on "Delete 🗑".
• Change the color of a tag by tapping on the tag and selecting a different color.
• Re-Arrange the order of how the tags are displayed by tapping on "Arrange" in the top right corner.

You can add tags when creating a guest reservation from the app.
