Guestlist/Reservation Making

Apart from getting reservations online from the webforms, you can also create a new reservation straight from the app. 

📲 On mobile: From the Reservations tab, tap on the Pen & Paper icon 📝 in the top right corner of your device.

🖥 On desktop: From the Reservations page, click on the "Add Reservation" button.

Start by typing the guest’s name in the search box.

If the guest has been to your venue before, you'll be able to tap on their saved information to auto-fill the reservation details.

If this is your guest's first time at your venue, you will be able to Create a new reservation by tapping on "Create" in the top right corner of your screen.

You can also tap on the "Scan Driver License" button to open your camera and scan the bar code of a driver's license. The app will auto-fill the reservation details with the info related to that driver's license.

New reservations can be added simply by including a name to the reservation and selecting the type of reservation (Guestlist or Table Service). However, the following fields can also be included:

  • First and Last name
  • Booked by
  • Number of additional guests (either add the total or specified by gender)
  • Phone Number (enabling the "Send SMS" option)
  • E-mail (enabling the "Send E-Mail" option)
  • Booking notes (ie. birthdays, drink preferences, etc)
  • #Tags (Learn more about Tags here)
  • Additional info (address, date of birth, and/or company name)
💡 Checking off the "Send SMS" and "Send E-Mail" options will send out an automated text message/email to your guest with their reservation details (and QR Code).  Learn how to customize the contents of the automated message here.

Tap on "Submit Guestlist Reservation" to complete the reservation. 

You now have a pending guestlist/table service reservation waiting for a Manager's approval in the Pending tab under Reservations.

💡 Note: You can also create reservations at the table of interest  from the Seated tab by selecting the 3 dots on the bottom right of the desired table and then tapping on " New Reservation".
