Reached Venue Capacity
If your venue capacity is reached, a quick way of preventing additional guestlists or reservations from being submitted is by locking those options. Here's how:
Start by expanding the Menu ≡ then going to the Reservations tab (as shown below).
You will be taken to the "Snapshot" screen of the Reservations. From there, you should notice two labels:
GL (Guest List) and TS (Table Service).
On the right-hand side of your screen (both on mobile and desktop), you should notice a padlock icon 🔓/🔒 inline with the GL and TS labels.
Tapping on the GL padlock will block off further Guestlist requests.
Tapping on the TS lock will block further table Reservations from coming in.
💡 Note: No need to worry about double booking table reservations from the online webform - once a table has been approved by management, it gets greyed out on the webform floor chart, disabling clients from being able to engage with that table. Learn more about webforms here.
🔔 If your capacity is reached via walk-ins, your Head Doorman can send a direct alert to management letting them know instantly that your venue's capacity is reached and to stop/limit further entries. Learn more about that function here.
